As an Austin-born native, I dove into my real estate career in early 2008 after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin. The Great Recession was still occurring and I was told, "If you can survive now, then you'll THRIVE when the market turns around." I began by providing marketing services for a regional top-producing residential team for a year until I completed licensure requirements. The experience gave me a model for how the "best" do real estate. Once licensed in 2009, I joined Keller Williams Realty (SW Austin) as a solo agent. In 2010, for a year, I interned at Retail Solutions, a commercial real estate agency, to expand my horizons beyond residential while concurrently maintaining my residential sales & leasing business, Ascension Realty Group.
